Smart Control for your Purging
Our revolutionary PurgeNet™ Smart Cable can connect together smart accessories for weld purging, including the PurgeAlarm™ Traffic Light System which gives a visual warning during welding in case of rising of falling oxygen levels or for charging / power for your Weld Purge Monitor.
PurgeNet™ Smart Cable can also be used in conjunction with PurgeLog™ software to transfer weld purge data to a PC for quality control purposes.

Our high spec Weld Purge Monitors® reading down to 1 ppm (accurate to 10 ppm) are shipped as standard with a PurgeNet™ Smart Cable, a lead connection and machine interface.
The range included are the PurgEye® 200, PurgEye® Desk, PurgEye® 600, PurgEye® 1000 and PurgEye® 1500 Site.
PurgeNet™ Smart Cable can control charging, quality control software and visual alarms.
Optional items:
- PurgeAlarm™ Traffic Light Visual Alarm warning accessory.
- PurgeNet™ also works with PurgeLog™ to easily transfer weld purge data for Quality Control purposes.

Our high spec 1 ppm Weld Purge Monitors the PurgEye® 200, PurgEye® Desk, PurgEye® 600, PurgEye® 1000 and PurgEye® 1500 Site all now come equipped with PurgeNet™ Smart Cable.
2.0 How does PurgeNet™ connect to the Weld Purge Monitor®?
The PurgeNet™ Smart Cable connects directly into the Weld Purge Monitor®.
3.0 How can PurgeNet™ help me?
PurgeNet™ can controls the welding power sources such as orbital welders and any other automatic welding systems to switch on and off according to oxygen levels. This will ensure you are notified of rising or falling oxygen levels to prevent weld oxidation (interface required).
4.0 What accessories can PurgeNet™ be connected to?
PurgeNet™ Smart Cable can be connected to the PurgeNet™ Visual Alarm Indicator, a traffic light style column to convey the alarm status of your PurgEye® Weld Purge Monitor®.
5.0 Does PurgeNet™ work with PurgeLog™?
Yes, PurgeNet™ can be used with PurgeLog™ Software to transfer weld purge data for quality control of welds.
