During a visit to Leeden Distribution Pte Ltd, HFT® Exclusive Distributors in Singapore by the HFT®, CEO Georgia Gascoyne and a technical engineer, a comprehensive training course was given about the Company’s products, to all of the sales people throughout the organisation.
Family Range of Weld Purge Monitors®
At the same time the engineer trained Leeden’s Electronic Engineers in the service, repair and calibration, of all of the HFT® Weld Purge Monitors®.
This means that all customers for the HFT® Weld Purge Monitors® can now have their instruments repaired and calibrated locally without the expense of sending them to the UK and without the associated waiting times for shipments in both directions.
Vincent Seow, product manager said after the training, 'Having an established after sales support for the HFT® products gives us additional edge over our competitors and gives the customer better confidence in the products'.
HFT® Exclusive Distributors in the USA already have a repair and calibration facility set up for repairing Weld Purge Monitors® for their territory.
More territories are due to receive this training later in 2014.
