The Nylon Plugs are manufactured for tube, pipe and other orifice diameters of 0.5 up to 6” (12 – 150 mm). These lightweight plugs are ideal for leak testing, sealing, isolation and weld purging. The Nylon Plugs are manufactured in ready-made Kits, or can be ordered individually. The Kits are Automotive Radiator Test Plug Kit and the Commercial Radiator Test Plug Kit, Plumbers Kit, Orbital Welders Kit etc.
The Aluminium Plugs are manufactured in sizes 1.5 to 36” (38 to 900 mm). These heavy-duty plugs are suitable for arduous duties such as exposure to high temperatures and immersion in chemicals.
Manufactured in larger sizes, the Steel Plugs are available from 1.5 to 72” (38 to 1,800 mm). These Plugs are more suited to applications such as long immersion in water or expose to higher temperatures for which, the other Plugs within the Pipestoppers ® Range may not be suitable. The Steel Plugs are also available in double versions for better sealing and improved pressure resistance.
The Inflatable Stoppers Range has recently been updated by HFT ® to include the new Pancake Stoppers. The range of versatile Inflatable Stoppers are manufactured in sizes 1 to 96” (25 to 2,440 mm). They are designed for several applications, which includes blocking pipes, tanks or other circular orifices, weld purging, routine maintenance or to prevent the entry of foreign bodies.
Inflatable Stoppers are lightweight and can be shipped immediately all over the world for minimum expense. They can also be inserted and retrieved through minimum sized holes and inflated to full size when inside the opening.

Qwik-Freezer ™ and Accu-Freeze ™ make up the Pipe Freezing Pipestoppers ® Range. Freezing pipes for routine maintenance work saves both time and money and avoids entire systems having to be drained. A freeze plug can be made on one side or both sides of a repair , then only the minimum amount of liquid is drained for the repair and the whole system can be brought back into uses shortly after the repair is completed.
