For years now, companies have been using relatively low cost oxygen weld monitors and gas analysers for weld purging.

Such monitors are designed and calibrated for accuracy at atmospheric oxygen level. Whereas for weld purging the accuracy needs to be at the other end of the scale.

Companies using the incorrect product will have to spend time and money cutting out and repairing rejected, heavily oxidised welds.  Then have to spend further money on correct Weld Purging Monitors ®.
