Made from engineering-quality nylon, these plugs are virtually shatter-proof and corrosion-resistant, making them ideal for weld purging, including orbital welding. They are available in sizes up to 150 mm (6 inches) and are designed for small or odd diameters, weld purging oval and out-of-round tubes, elbows, tees, and other fittings. They also provide an airtight seal for leak testing.
These kits include all necessary sizes for orbital welding and come in strong, sturdy carrying cases. They are perfect for maintaining cleanliness and organisation, especially in cleanroom environments.
HFT Pipestoppers® Aluminium Test Plugs are designed for heavy-duty applications and are available in sizes from 1.5 to 36 inches (38 to 900 mm). These plugs are high-temperature resistant and suitable for harsh environments, including chemical immersion. They feature a friction-free washer for easy tightening and interchangeable rubber rings.
HFT Pipestoppers® Steel Test Plugs are available in sizes from 1.5 to 72 inches (38 to 1800 mm). These plugs are suitable for long-term immersion in water, high temperatures, and acidic or alkaline environments. Double versions offer more excellent pressure resistance and stability, and RimFast models are also available. Rubber rings can be replaced with silicone, nitrile, neoprene, or viton.
Designed for heavy-duty applications and high-temperature exposure, HFT Pipestoppers® PlugFast™ Peripheral Sealing Plugs are available in sizes from 17 to 96 inches (432 to 2440 mm). These plugs are durable and ideal for chemical immersion, and they are available in single or double port options for fast and effective sealing.
